Sometimes I call Telescan for Kinnexus support, leave a message, and never hear back. Is anybody there?

Kinnexus support personnel typically make at least two attempts to return your call. If you are not available and there is no provision for leaving a message, after two failures the attempts cease. If you don't hear back, feel free to call again or send e-mail to Kinnexus support.
